Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FourThree, each personalised product is crafted with care and attention to detail. As our items are made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we are here to help! 

 Please follow the steps below: 
 
- Email us at Info@fourthree.co.nz with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item. 
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days 
- If approved, we will either arrange for a return or provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. 
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days 

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. 
 
Time Frame for Requests 
To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may be unable to process your request. 

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items 
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns or refunds are not available for the following: 
- Change of mind: If your order has not been fulfilled, you may update your photo within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us. After this time, modifications are unable to be made.
- Errors in photo selection: We are not responsible for photo selection mistakes made by the customer such as incorrect cropping or low-quality image.

Condition of Returned Items 
For approved returns, items must be returned in the condition they were received, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
